AGUASEAL BELOW GRADE
AguaBase Below Grade is an acrylic modified, cement reinforced coating that is an extremely hard-wearing, durable compound. Designed to waterproof concrete roofing applications and is also used as a waterproofing system for below grade foundation walls and basements. It can also waterproof external ceramic cisterns and work as a primer and sealer for the MonoSeal system for external ceramic and terra-cotta tile projects, among other applications.
Below Grade is easily mixed on site and requires no special tools for application. It is quick drying and curing and fully adheres to concrete surfaces of all types to produce a tough virtually impenetrable membrane.
Average Coverage: One gallon of Below Grade, when mixed per instructions, produces approximately 4 gallons and will cover 50 sq. ft. (primer coat, fabric, saturation coat, final coat).
