AGUAGRIP
AguaGrip is a bleed-blocking, water based primer, sealer and leveling agent that binds granular particles on virtually all substrates and various pre-coated surfaces.
ROOFBOND PRIMER
RoofBond Primer is a water-based, deep cleaning, primer preparation for existing rubber roofs, making ready for the installation of the MonoBase foundation system.
PANELSEAL METAL PRIMER
PanelSeal Metal Primer is a rust primer and sealer for metal roofs. Spot treat existing rust on metal roof panels, then spray PanelSeal across the field of the roof to seal it.
AGUABASE
AguaBase and AguaBase Below Grade are acrylic modified, cement reinforced coatings that are extremely hard-wearing, durable compounds.
BELOW GRADE
Below Grade is a cement added acrylic compound that creates a virtually impenetrable waterproof barrier suitable for basement and foundation walls.
MONOBASE
MonoBase is an elastomeric acrylic, flexible, and durable waterproofing base. It is applied over virtually all roofing substrates. This is the last roofing system you will ever need.
MONOTOP
MonoTop is an elastomeric acrylic compound applied as a weathercoat over either the MonoBase or AguaBase roofing foundation systems.
MONOTOP GLOSS
Extremely ultra-violet reflective, MonoTop Gloss is an elastomeric acrylic, formulated to produce a hard, smooth, glossy finished surface.
AGUAPATH
AguaPath has been specifically developed to be a hard-wearing, durable yet flexible, water- based, non-slip coating for protection of rooftop walkways and pedestrian areas.

AguaSeal Waterproofing Systems was born out of necessity. In much the same way that “mom & pop” shops have become a thing of the past in favor of big-box stores, smaller contracting companies tend to get lost in the wash when compared to the major players in the roofing and waterproofing industry.
