First Baptist Church – Holly Hill, South Carolina

MonoSeal Roofing System

The First Baptist Church in Holly Hill needed a solution for its aging 20+ year-old modified bitumen roof. Rather than replacing it, the church chose an AguaSeal liquid-applied reinforced acrylic system in 2013—extending the roof’s life by more than a decade. In 2025, the roof required only a light cleaning and recoat to renew its warranty, demonstrating AguaSeal’s sustainable, no-tear-off approach and exceptional long-term performance.

American StitchCo – Mountain Home, Arkansas

MonoSeal Roofing System

The American StitchCo facility in Mountain Home, Arkansas, installed AguaSeal’s MonoSeal liquid-applied acrylic roofing system across nearly 300,000 square feet to create a watertight, solar-ready, monolithic roof. Designed to support SolarConnect’s rooftop solar system, the phased installation allowed early panel placement to meet net-metering deadlines and generate immediate energy savings. With a 25-year renewable warranty, UV-reflective finish, and the ability to be recoated rather than replaced, MonoSeal provides a durable, sustainable roofing solution that reduces long-term costs and material waste.

CSS Mike Stivers Building – Sheridan, Arkansas

MonoSeal Roofing System

Completed in December 2024, the Mike Stivers Building in Sheridan, Arkansas, serves as both Connect Service Solutions’ office expansion and a real-world roofing performance showcase. The facility features five commercial roofing systems installed side-by-side, allowing RoofConnect to evaluate and demonstrate their long-term effectiveness. After 18 months of performance monitoring, the MonoSeal Membrane System has matched or exceeded traditional roofing options while offering the added benefits of renewability, sustainability, and a seamless, watertight design.
